De regreso a lo mio, pues utilizando el procedimiento que me recomendo Zarbman, sigue con lo mismo, ,e da la opcion de Restore, pero estas opciones no me aparecen

1. Select : apply update from EXT ( using your keyboard cursor )
2. Select : Update from Sdcard / Update from udisk << usbstick
3. Select the .zip file
4. hit enter and wait till its done.
